TRAINING PROGRAMS: TDL runs sign ups the first of every month. Spots are limited. ( MAXIMUM 10 clients at a time) Doing this it keeps the amount of people she brings on at just the right amount to give everyone enough attention. These workouts are detailed, challenging, and customised to what you need. No cookie cuts here. You can workout out of a comyms, imercial gym or Crossfit Box. On occasion home gf there is enough equipment. Each athlete gets their own profile in FITBOT and that is where you will have open chat with me on scheduled times and receive workouts. You must be comfortable with recording yourself! You are REQUIRED to upload videos so TDL can critique them and send back video feedback so y’all can dial in your movements. You get new workouts each week and payments are due first of the month, each month. The programming ranges from Sculpting ( body building style workouts working on a leaner, symmetrical physique), Strength Program ( start you off in a max week then programming is based off your maxes ), basic/ beginner traditional strength and conditioning program - this is great for anyone just getting back into fitness and needing to lose some weight and slowly introduced into weight training. Crossfit or Crossfit / Traditional programs - you can choose to strictly do crossfit or have a traditional program with olympic lifts involved. I do not program for competitive crossfit athletes. * MUST HAVE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE TO SIGN UP for Crossfit Program. NUTRITION : You can add nutrition to any program. With nutrition we calculate your Macros based on a series of questions / and current body composition / goals. We will work on nutrient timing and educate on you on how to make good decisions and have a healthy relationship with food.
